Official Rules

Entries open September 28, 2026 at 6:00 AM and close September 29, 2026 at 8:00 PM Pacific Time. The random winner selection is scheduled for September 29, 2026 at 8:30 PM Pacific Time. The Sponsor’s systems are the official timekeeping method.

The drawing will not take place until at least 200 qualifying entries have been received. If the minimum has not been reached by the scheduled closing time, the drawing will be postponed. Any revised entry and drawing dates will be announced on this website.

Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and must own or rent a residential property with solar panels, or be an authorized decision-maker for a commercial property with solar panels, in a participating Tulare County ZIP code. Residential and commercial accounts are eligible. Entrants must have authority to approve access and schedule service at the entered property.

The participating areas are: Visalia (93277, 93278, 93279, 93290, 93291, 93292); Porterville (93257, 93258); Terra Bella (93270); Tulare (93274, 93275); Tipton (93272); Dinuba (93618); Lindsay (93247); Strathmore (93267); Exeter (93221); Farmersville (93223); Springville (93208, 93265); Woodlake (93286).

Complete and submit the online entry form during the giveaway period. Limit one base entry per property address. A purchase or payment does not improve the chance of winning. Duplicate, incomplete, automated, illegible, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

A property address entered in a prior giveaway period may not receive another base entry. A referral code assigned in a prior period may remain active and may be used for qualifying referrals in a later period.

A past client invited to share a review may opt in for one review entry by submitting an honest review of any rating and confirming an eligible solar property address in a participating ZIP code. The review entry is accepted even when no giveaway is live. Eligible review entries received outside a live period are reserved for the next authorized giveaway and assigned when the Sponsor sets its schedule. Qualifying referrals using a submitted reviewer’s assigned link may also enter outside a live period and are reserved for that next giveaway; regular untagged entry remains restricted to an authorized live period. The rating and sentiment have no effect on eligibility or chances. A qualifying review entry is counted separately from any base entry for that property. Limit one review entry per client and property. Review participation is optional; anyone may enter without a purchase or review through the regular online entry form if eligible.

An entrant receives one bonus entry when a qualifying residential solar-service referral completes a valid entry using the entrant’s referral code. A qualifying referred business earns the referrer two bonus entries instead of one before the final 30 minutes. During the final 30 minutes of the scheduled giveaway period, every qualifying residential or business referral completed using the referrer’s code earns three bonus entries total, replacing the usual one or two. The referred entry’s recorded completion time determines the bonus; entries received outside a live period through a submitted reviewer’s referral link are reserved for the next authorized giveaway and receive its regular referral bonus after qualification. They do not receive the prior period’s final-30-minute promotion. A qualifying referral is a home or business in a participating Tulare County ZIP code that has solar panels in need of cleaning and otherwise satisfies these Rules. For invitations sent by email, a bonus requires confirmed delivery of the invitation as well as a qualifying entry; a failed or unconfirmed delivery earns no bonus. Duplicate, invalid, fabricated, or ineligible referrals do not earn bonus entries.

A recipient of a personal giveaway invitation may share the provided referral link before entering, but earns no bonus entry or prize unless they also complete their own eligible entry during the giveaway period. Self-referral is permitted only for a separate qualifying property address and only when all other entry and eligibility requirements are met. If an entrant who used a valid referral code wins a first prize, the eligible referrer receives the same first prize, subject to these Rules and the same service requirements.

First prize: one professional solar panel cleaning, with an approximate retail value of up to $350. One first-place winner will be selected for each participating ZIP code. When a first-place winner entered through a valid referral, the eligible referrer also receives the same first prize.

Second prize: 20% off one professional solar panel cleaning. The value of the discount depends on the applicable service price.

Prizes are nontransferable and have no cash alternative. Service is subject to verification of system size, property access, roof and site safety, weather, service availability, and scheduling. Work outside ordinary solar-panel cleaning or beyond the stated prize value is not included unless agreed to separately.
