This policy explains how Creative Solutions Solar Inc handles information submitted for the solar panel cleaning giveaway.
Information we collect
We collect the information submitted through the entry form, including name, email address, phone number, property address, city, ZIP code, residential or commercial account type, approximate panel range, system location (single-story roof, two-story roof, or ground mount), whether inverter or communications equipment is accessible for inspection, an optional gate or access code, confirmation of authority over the solar system, referral code or referral relationship, and your communication choices. For scheduled services, we may also retain technician inspection results and job photos. We may process limited technical information needed to protect the form from spam, fraud, or misuse.
How we use information
Creative Solutions Solar Inc uses entry information to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility and address limits, credit qualifying referrals, select and notify potential winners, deliver confirmation emails, organize service days by area, schedule and document prize services, prevent misuse, keep required records, and respond to requests. An optional gate or access code is used only to reach the property for a scheduled service. Inspection results and job photos are used to document completed work, support estimates and close-out communications, and display before-and-after photos with a verified review when that review is published. We use information for future promotional emails, calls, or texts only when you provide the separate optional consent or when otherwise permitted by law.
Who can access information
Entry information is managed by authorized employees of Creative Solutions Solar Inc. Hosting, database, form-security, email-delivery, and calendar-scheduling providers may process limited information on our behalf only to provide those services. We do not sell entry information. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the giveaway, entrants, or our rights.
Retention
We may retain entry and referral information through the next solar cleaning season so we can administer the current giveaway, recognize eligible referral codes in later giveaway periods, and schedule service. Optional gate or access codes are encrypted, excluded from downloadable exports, and deleted when the service is completed or the entry is disqualified. Some records may be kept longer when reasonably necessary for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or giveaway-administration purposes.
Your choices and requests
Marketing consent is optional and is not required to enter or purchase. You may withdraw marketing consent using an unsubscribe instruction or by contacting us. To request correction or deletion of entry information, send a written request by email to giveaway@thecspro.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information that we are legally permitted or required to keep.
Security and age
We use reasonable safeguards intended to protect submitted information, but no online system can guarantee complete security. The giveaway is intended only for adults age 18 or older, and we do not knowingly collect giveaway entries from children.
